Terms of Service

The agreement between your agency and Trickle Up for using ClientFlow OS.

Last updated 11 August 2026

1. Who these terms are with

ClientFlow OS is provided by Trickle Up of Nottingham, United Kingdom (“we”, “us”). By creating an account you agree to these terms on behalf of your agency (“you”). If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

2. Your account

  • You must give accurate details and keep them up to date.
  • You are responsible for everything done under your account, including by your team members.
  • Keep passwords secure and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
  • You must be 18 or over and authorised to enter this agreement for your business.

3. Free trial

New accounts get a 14-day free trial with full access and no card required. At the end of the trial you can choose a paid plan. If you don’t, your account becomes read-only — we don’t delete your data immediately, so you can come back or export it.

4. Plans, payment and renewals

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance, monthly, in GBP unless agreed otherwise.
  • Plans renew automatically until you cancel.
  • Prices exclude VAT, which is added where applicable.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe; we never store your card details.
  • If a payment fails we may retry it and suspend access until it clears.

5. Cancelling and refunds

You can cancel at any time from your subscription settings. Your access continues until the end of the period you’ve already paid for, and we don’t charge you again. Part-months aren’t refunded, except where the law requires it or we’ve clearly got something wrong.

6. Plan limits

Each plan includes limits (such as pods, team members and clients). If you reach a limit we’ll ask you to upgrade rather than cutting you off mid-work.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Break the law, or use the service to harm, harass or defraud anyone.
  • Upload malware, or try to breach, probe or overload the service.
  • Attempt to access another customer’s workspace or data.
  • Resell or white-label the service without our written agreement.
  • Copy, reverse-engineer or scrape the platform.
  • Send spam or unlawful marketing through the platform.

We may suspend accounts that seriously or repeatedly breach this section.

8. Your data stays yours

You own everything you put into ClientFlow OS — your clients, projects, files and reports. You grant us only the licence needed to host, process and back it up so we can run the service for you. You can export your data at any time, and we handle personal data as set out in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for having the right to upload the client information you enter, and for telling your own clients how their data is used.

9. AI-generated content

The service uses AI to draft briefs, reports, content plans and meeting summaries. AI output can be wrong or incomplete, so it’s always presented for review before it goes to a client. You are responsible for checking anything you send on. We don’t warrant that AI output is accurate or fit for a particular purpose.

10. Availability

We work hard to keep the service running but don’t guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may carry out maintenance, and will give notice of planned downtime where we reasonably can.

11. Third-party services

The platform connects to services such as Google, Meta, Stripe and WhatsApp. Those connections are governed by their own terms, and we aren’t responsible for their availability or actions.

12. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for lost profits, lost business, lost data or indirect losses, and our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period.

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law we exclude implied warranties.

13. Ending the agreement

  • You can cancel at any time from your account.
  • We may suspend or end your account if you breach these terms, or don’t pay.
  • After termination we keep your data for 30 days so you can export it, then delete it.

14. Changes to the service or these terms

We improve the product continuously, so features may change. If we make a material change to these terms we’ll give you reasonable notice by email. Continuing to use the service afterwards means you accept the new terms.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
