One client, one pod
Work sits with a small team that owns it end to end — never scattered across whoever happens to be free. Every routing decision in the product defends that.
About Trickle Up
The operating system for agency pod delivery.
ClientFlow OS started inside Trickle Up, a United Kingdom-based marketing agency. We were running client delivery across Slack, spreadsheets, a task tool and a lot of goodwill — and things kept slipping through the gaps between them.
Why we exist
Our mission · today
Give every agency pod one place to run client delivery.
Intake, briefs, tasks, meetings, reports, invoices and the client portal on one record — so nothing slips through the gaps between tools, and every person can see what they own today.
Our vision · tomorrow
Agencies that never lose a client to a warning sign nobody saw.
A system that reads the record as it fills and says what it means while there is still time to act — so the conversation is about growing the account, not saving it.
The story
They lose them because nobody noticed the warning signs — a client who stopped logging in, a report that went out late, an invoice quietly unpaid for six weeks. By the time it surfaces in a meeting, the relationship has already been decided somewhere else.
The information existed every time. It was just spread across five tools and three people’s heads, so nobody ever saw the whole picture in one place, on the one day it would have mattered.
So we built one workspace for the whole delivery cycle — and ran our own agency on it before we sold it to anyone else.
Intake, AI briefs, pod assignment, tasks, meetings, reports, invoices and a client portal, with an intelligence layer watching for churn risk, growth opportunities and team burnout. Everything you see on this site is something we use on real client work, every week.
That is also why the roadmap is honest about what is missing. We would rather tell you a thing is not built than discover it together in month three.
Principles
Numbered, because they are ordered — each one follows from the one before it.
Work sits with a small team that owns it end to end — never scattered across whoever happens to be free. Every routing decision in the product defends that.
Everyone can see the work, the reports and the numbers. Clients get a real portal instead of a monthly PDF and a promise.
AI writes the brief, the report and the meeting notes. A person reviews before any of it reaches a client. Never the other way round.
Every feature exists because we needed it on real client work — not because it looked good on a roadmap.
