What happens after the trial?

What happens if we outgrow a plan mid-month?
The app tells you before it stops you. Pod, member and client limits are checked as you add, so you are never surprised by work you cannot save.
What does the Enterprise SLA actually promise?
A 99.5% monthly uptime target measured from outside, a first response within four working hours, and service credits when we miss it. The numbers are published — nothing is hidden in a PDF.
