What’s new

Everything we ship to ClientFlow OS, newest first. Built with the agencies using it — if something here was your idea, it probably was.

  1. The Enterprise plan, made true

Everything the Enterprise card promised now exists, and the card says exactly what it is.

    • NewWhite-label client portal: your name, logo and colours on everything your clients see, and no mention of us. Enterprise.
    • NewA read-only data API — clients, projects and tasks as JSON or CSV, for a spreadsheet, Power BI or a nightly sync. Keys live under Settings → API access. Enterprise.
    • NewThree pages a procurement team asks for: /security (how data is protected, sub-processors, how to report a vulnerability), /sla (uptime target, response times, service credits) and /developers (the API).
    • FixedThe client portal said “Trickle Up” to every agency’s clients. It now says your agency’s name — on every page, and in the sign-in error.
    • BetterThe Enterprise feature list says what you actually get: a white-label portal, a data API, a written SLA — and a custom domain on request rather than as a tick-box.
  2. Your data, and a record of who changed what

The parts of a tool you only notice when you need them.

    • NewThis page, and the ✦ in the header that lights up when something has shipped since you last looked.
    • NewSubscription → Recommend ClientFlow OS: your own link to share, and a month free for each agency that joins through it and stays.
    • NewSettings → Your data: download everything we hold about you, or erase yourself.
    • NewAdmin → Activity shows every change that affects someone else — who made it, and when.
    • New“Sign out of every device”, for when you have signed in somewhere you no longer trust.
    • BetterSessions now last a fortnight and refresh as you use them, instead of lingering indefinitely.
    • FixedA page that failed used to be a shrug; now it is reported, and the team sees it.
  3. Only your pods, and a calmer inbox

    • BetterA pod manager sees their own pod’s clients and projects — not the whole agency’s.
    • NewSettings → Email notifications: choose exactly which kinds reach your inbox, with mentions separate from ordinary messages.
    • NewConfirm your email address, so password resets and invitations are certain to reach you.
  4. Calls that ring

Pressing Call no longer drops you into an empty room.

    • NewA call rings at the other end, with Answer and Decline, a ringing tone and a desktop notification.
    • NewCalls start as voice calls — a quick “are you free?” no longer turns your camera on.
    • NewA setup screen before you call: check your microphone, pick your devices, see yourself.
    • BetterThe conversation now says what happened — Call declined, Missed call, or how long it lasted.
  5. Share a task, drag it, drop a file on it

    • NewA task can belong to several people. Everyone on it sees it as theirs, and it counts towards their workload.
    • BetterDragging a card between columns works properly now, on a trackpad and on a tablet, and tells you where it will land.
    • NewDrag files straight onto a conversation, or paste a screenshot with Ctrl+V — named for when it was taken, not “image.png”.
    • BetterThe New task form is the same everywhere, whether you open it from a project or the Pod Board.
  6. Reminders, the way you would actually use them

    • NewSet a reminder with a name, a description and a time — for yourself or for a colleague, who is told straight away.
    • NewPod Board gains List, Board, Table and Calendar views, with filters and task files.
    • BetterAI briefs and reports now render as headings, lists and tables rather than raw Markdown.

Something missing that would make your week easier? Tell us — most of the list above started that way.
